Westwood Townhome

This lovely 1934 Townhome near UCLA was gutted, re-plumbed, resurfaced and decorated to bring it into todays current world. The stairwell was rebuilt with the new blonde wood flooring and the stair risers were tiled in a contemporary fashion. The wrought iron stairwell, window and balcony railings were also designed and built. The fireplace was resurfaced and the kitchen and bathrooms were gutted and replaced. The California sunshine abounds throughout this new yet still nostalgic space.
