Bel Air Villa
This sprawling 1959 Italian Villa looked like something out of an overly-decorated movie set. CCHLA and a crew of contractors and craftsmen tore through this 9000 square foot home, to restore it to it’s natural beauty.
This project became more a challenge of subtraction rather than addition, as decades upon decades of strange remodeling was present. Walls were scraped, tile work was renewed, and lighting fixtures were swapped out for vintage finds. The original walnut wood floors were renewed and the bedrooms now enjoy luxury carpeting. All window treatments have been updated and the entire house is now useable on smart devices.
One of the eight bedrooms was renovated into the homeowners walk-in-closet. The balance of the bedrooms and bathrooms were simply cleaned up, awaiting furniture.
The bottom slides are an example of working back and forth with CCHLA and the client on furniture options.
